Wise Noble/Royal

Anyone who is related to the Emperor/Empress as well as any that the Emperor/Empress choose is considered to be a Wise Noble/Royal.
The only distinguishing factor between these titles is that the Wise Royal title is exclusive to the ones who are relatives of the Emperor/Empress or previous Emperor/Empress as well as having the ability to contact the Emperor/Empress for any reason at any time, assuming the Emperor/Empress is willing. The Wise Royal will also be given payment for the rest of their life to live on even if the current Emperor/Empress loses power or dies.
However, the current Emperor/Empress at any point can take this title of Wise Noble/Royal away from someone for any reason. The requirements of gaining this title are to be at least of age 13 (unless a relative of the Emperor/Empress in which you automatically gain this title) and have been born within the TGR borders and has the ability to verify this.
The Emperor/Empress also can only give this title to five other people, not including their children in this number, throughout their rule, however, as many children as they have will have this role automatically even if it is more than five. If the emperor or empress removes this title after giving one to someone, the emperor or empress may bestow the title onto someone else, but can never go over 5 total Wise Nobles.
Each new Emperor/Empress can give the Wise Noble status to 5 new people even if there are already 5 previous Wise Nobles. Therefore, as an example, there could be 10 Wise Nobles at the same time that were chosen by two or more seperate Emperor/Empress altogether. Again though, any emperor or empress for any reason can remove this status from anyone they choose. Any relative of any emperor or empress however are still considered technically royalty even if they lose the benefits from an emperor taking that title. Any Wise Noble/Royal who loses their title for any reason are forever known as Royal/Noble Losses, depending on which title they lost.
The title Royal/Noble Losses is mainly used as an easy way to distinguish those who used to be a Wise Noble/Royal.
