Lady Winona Kovenoth the Dark

A first generation dragon blood, Lady Winona initially got her title for dark scale pigmentation but she got something of a reputation as a necromancer. She claimed to never create undead minions and was certainly never caught doing that.
She tried to endorse necromancy as a tool to use against undead. While not as famous for her piety as her sister Lady Bryna Kovenoth the Sun Dragon, she was a staunch Khemra worshiper and thus got along with her sister Bryna famously.
