The Guild of Exotic Requisitions
The Guild of Exotic Requisitions is a massive mercantile guild found across Savinaru, both for better and worse. They pride themselves on being able to sell anyone anything they want, usually for an exorbitant price. Rare magical components? We've got them by the crate. The heart of a powerful monster? Our mercs are already on the hunt. Powerful enchantments? For the right price they'll enchant anything.
Public Agenda
The GoER has a very simple agenda: make as much money as possible. They make no attempt to hide this greed, but they do counterbalance it with being extremely useful. Sure they're reducing distant lands to ruin in the name of profit, but they're also delivering anything you would ever want right to your door.
History
The GoER started out as a dwarven merchant guild, harvesting and selling raw material across Deephollow. They were very successful, forging trade routes across the caverns and becoming very wealthy doing so. Following the Rising, the Guild brought their business to the surface and found a whole new world to explore. And to harvest. The Guild of Exotic Requisitions had a new frontier to exploit and they wouldn't waste the opportunity. They quickly established new outposts on every continent, establishing trade for Deephollow products in exchange for surface goods they could sell to the dwarves for an outrageous markup. During this surface expansion, they also hired members of a menagerie of races to work for them. Eventually they grew beyond simply trading and also engaged in direct resource harvesting. Along the way, they also absorbed several other groups, such as a guild of goblin artificers and several bands of ogre mercenaries.
In the modern era, The Guild of Exotic Requisitions is seen as a morally dubious but undoubtedly useful organization. They have a reputation for being able to get anyone anything for the right price. That price is usually high, but they have been known to somehow be able to get weird and exotic items from the far reaches of Savinaru. They also have a reputation for doing horrible things to the landscape in the name of profit.
Trade & Transport
While the GoER has the reputation of being able to get all manner of weird things for the right price, the majority of their business is more mundane items. Weapons, food, raw materials, hired muscle, etc.
