Tamreth

Tamreth was founded more recently by Athish humans in response to Throkhoc having been given to the dwarves. Frigid, icy, and devoid of many resources, it is mainly populated by the Athish, and has also attracted a great deal of goliaths from the mountains to the south. The dwarves of Ifflandor seem to tolerate Tamreth’s existence and all but ignore it.
