Here, the Erini perfect their mindhunters, making the map of minds the tool of the oneironaut.

Using their new army, the Quori attack Erinion. Erinion has been fighting The Invasions for hundreds of years (560 total), and such have powerful Ink and magic and all sorts of training. Essentially, they have been prepared for this day by the Quori as well. The Quori did not understand this, and so the fight is long and bloody, lasting many years. It is during this fighting that the Erini discover the secrets of the Quori. They create the Quori mindhunters.
