The Golden Age of the Giants ends when those that hide within Avernus return to the surface with the Jeriec Empire spreading a new dominion to the skylit lands.
The war continues. The Jeriec Empire, which was shattered, rebuilds on the surface as it was, but is less of a target by the giants now. The voidelves join the fight but live forevermore in Avernus, and hold only standoffish alliances with the Jeriec Empire
