The Agents of the Guardians

Mercenary group, from 854 AB to the current day.   The so-called Guardians of Al-Mosak, after the sixteen Guardians of The Guardian Faith, though they claim to be representative of something much older, were never known for much, despite how many lives they saved.   These Guardians discovered the source of the Raptured, the Fissures in the Story, and Mazekstan, before freeing mortality from the control of the Quori through the System, and Mazekstan's looming threat. This group continued it's valiant efforts to prove that mortality can indeed control it's own destiny, moving to combat the Fissures themselves, protect the world from the negative forces in the Sutëir , and to stop the actions of one man; The Golden Man.   Into the Tythis Expanse did they trek, in search of the City of the Dead, an ancient necropolis dating back to Old Reivanta, the source of all man. Here, they would find the source of undead hordes plaguing the land, seal the rift to the Sutëir, and descend into the hallowed catacombs to find history purposely lost to the ages. It was all connected, they found. The last Age birthed the Seals, the Marru misused them, Mazekstan cleansed the world to stop them. These Marru, jackal-headed shapeshifters, spoke to the Golden Man, letting the Golden Man find the Seal and tear the Fissures in the world anew. With this knowledge, they returned to Tharsis with a fury, and the power to track down the Golden Man, and bestow unto him a reckoning long coming.
