The Forest Elves

They are governed by the Storyteller, Azure, the Facet of Falls and Ends, and Melamar, the Face of Weather and Winds.
Opposite of the City Elves is the Forest Elves' Theonomy. This is like a totemic religion of the Divine dictates all Law. They observe and understand and interpret the three Gods that they worship, using them as their leaders.
They are primarily in The Old Forest, and frequently raid other settlements. They are very ethnocentric, however, there are none in the Bay of Evandyr who have as great a mastery over their own minds as The Forest Elves. Psions and Mindhunters are beginning to crop up among them, rising only faster as the Quori meddle and the invaders from the West come to the Bay.
They are the first line of defense against The Azure Forest, and the Tarakonian Raiders.
