Duke Julien Rivere von Hao

Julien was incredibly young, only 12 years old, when he took the scepter of the Duke of Dinlirys. Following Duke Edmund Moreau's resignation following the First Silver Revolution, demanded by the people, his successor died within the year, and the Duchy fell to Julien.
34 years later, then 46, he had learned quite a bit about peeling back power from the formerly "benevolent aides" of the Marquesses, Counts and Society members that manipulated things in his stead. For many years he was a figurehead, but he had grown distrustful, even hateful of those that sought to take power from him believing it their's. This is an honest truth of the city, unfortunately. Many interests took advantage of his youth and inexperience to better their station and push their agenda, something that he does not allow in the current day. Instead, he uses all the blackmail and dirt gathered over the years to flip the tables and instead become the de facto dicator over both the powerless citizens of Dinlirys and the former aristocrats, alike.
