These are all twilit beings that corrupt and control the mortals. The hierarchy of Devils that descend from the Typhen in the night to possess, corrupt, consume, and terrorize the mortals of Sartova, and have since it's beginning, all belong in a pure form of energy, appearing as a black cloud of smoke. This is their true form.
The lines between individual devils is extremely vague, and a single Devil may consist of a thousand smaller devils combined. This is not a sort of power combination, as in the case of Spirits, as the strongest devil has consumed and absorbed all of these lesser devils, making them all part of him in complete domination and subjugation of their wills.
Rorarorakkendarrath is a Barbazu, a Barbed Devil. Within and under his control are other devils, such as Roar, an Imp. They are all part of Rorarorakkendarrath, who in turn, is controlled and simply a limb of a larger, hidden being.
