Tribes of the Great Basin

Despite the recent efforts of many Khaddish powers have sought to reunify the continent, many of the borders claimed by the recognized states and empires are enforced in name alone, inhabited by the many tribal peoples of the region who are either apathetic or outright hostile towards their supposed required subservience to what has been deemed the "proper" civilization of the area. Due to its more militaristic focus, the expansive state of Khabrayadh has been mostly successful in either forcibly assimilating or at least quelling rebellions within their conquered populations, but the empires in the southwest have been less effective in their efforts, and Qudai specifically deals with many internal struggles fighting against their expanding borders and centralized trading hubs.
