Rebecca Shosenburg
A reporter for the New York Times. Her name was first encountered as the author of the article about Jackson Elias' murder which ran the morning after the event took place. She also attempted to introduce herself to the investigators at the Jackson's funeral at Cypress Hill Cemetery in Brooklyn.
She is discovered to be a well read, determined, and strong willed. She appeared to be far more perceptive than most people encountered in New York City. She has a very strong connection to the string of bizarre murders which have taken place the last couple of years in the city. This leads her to have a strong conviction regarding the innocence of Hilton Adams, who is imprisoned for the crimes. She has a relationship with Hilton's wife, Millie Adams.
