Se02Ep18 - Have I got a deal for you...
General Summary
The doorkickers started the session off by kicking the asses of a few Green Abishai. Afterword the group met Kassa the Stunning. Miles to plead to deity and instead made a bargain with Tozukoth (a mid level devil) for six soul coins to free Kassa the Stunning. Kassa the Stunning declined to grant wishes and instead help the steadily growing group to take down the titan.
Durring a short rest before moving on, Miles resurrected Eshem The Builder and they agreed to assist the group.
Ark indeed has gotten into plenty of pickles with plenty of the local men of his home city. Mainly for hitting on their women. It was often Kerrik, his brother, who got him out of a rough scuffle if things got violent. A really nasty one involved a city guard woman who was on duty with her husband. Ark was not privy to this fact at the time of "courtship" and almost got a spear through the chest if not for a quick pick-up-and-dash from Kerrik. Plenty of scoldings were had after though. Pickles are Lostin's bead and butter. He's quite often in them and he has two tried and true methods to getting out of them. First and foremost talking. Just start and don't stop till whomever is prohibiting you from progressing lets you out or just get's confused/frustrated/tired/whatever. If that fails being naturally agile and fast tend to let you slip though those tricky moments. Rodger got himself in a pickle when he was smuggling a group of Snow Elves across the Iriaeborian tundra. They were escaped slaves, who fought for the amusement of frost giants in a gladiatorial arena. When one of the frost giants gave chase, one of the Snow Elves who escaped the slave pit leapt into battle to hold him off so Rodger and her fellows could escape. She was a barbarian named Hilde, who wielded a greatsword made of enchanted ice that would never melt. Sambra would use his wit and wisdom to find a way out of a jam. He's been caught in many pickles during his long life, but always seemed to be able to depend on his intelligence and logic to find a solution. Rarely has he needed to depend on the good will of others, but when he does receive help, he will always pay his debts. Miles was once on a grand adventure in a grand prison and there Miles perished but was revived by the great Lady in Blue
