Azurian

The culture of the Azure Empire and associated lands to the south.
The majority of Azurians are Human, but the culture is driven by centuries of Draconic.  This has resulted in a culture that is very materialistic, and where the only measure of success and value is wealth.  Azurians are highly meritocratic - birth counts for nothing.  What matters is present success - past deeds are irrelevant unless they have provided current wealth.  Power is measured by the ability to gain wealth by extracting it or extorting it from others.

Draconic is the predominant language in the Azure Empire and amongst other Azurians.

Common Dress code

As ostentatious as possible.  The purpose of clothing in Azurian society is to flaunt your wealth.  The cloth is therefore of the finest, especially silk, and the more colourful the better, especially in rare and expensive dyes or embrodiery.

Foods & Cuisine

Azurian food is richly spiced, again to demonstrate wealth.
