Father of Sabinius. he lead the Dragonhold. once forming his army consisting of Ex Kopo solders in Highlight he began to march on dragonhold. While marching his army came into contact with an army of @ lead by @ after a long discussion both parties decided to march on Dragonhold together as both of there goals where compatible. once arriving in Dragonhold Tiber was seen entering the royal palace. it is unknown what was said there but it can be presumed that Victorian Dragonstar and Tiber came to an understanding as once the army of Kern arrived both the force of Tiber and the force of Victorian set upon them in a surprise attack. After the battle Tiber, Victorian and The Hollek where seen discussing something and after that Tiber established the order then disappeared.
