Summary

The world will be under the shadow of a dragon with wings of the elements, and on that dragons back shall be the Sons of Sabinus the god of mercy and he shall bring justice to the world.

Permission to view the prophecy was granted to the order by the kai of Shenzhou. it was observed by Sabinius the leader of the The Order of the Nameless. Sabinius is believed to be posability one the one of the few, if only foreigners that ever got to view their own future.
