Barracks & Jail

Beneath the simple barracks, the jail holds both a large communal cell for troublemakers who just need to cool off and individual cells for more dangerous prisoners.
The jail is overseen by Kraddok Stonehorn, while the barracks serve as the available living quarters for the Saltmarsh Militia.
