Keledek
(a.k.a. The Unspoken)
Overview
Hailing from the far northwestern land of Ket, Keledek's seven foot tall frame and bright red turban help to make him an unmistakable figure in town. His homeland in the Baklunish Basin is not at all known to the locals of Saltmarsh, leading to to much negative speculation.
Personality
Keledek is brusk, unconcerned with norms, and generally unconcerned about anything not directly relating to him. He has only really befriended one person in Saltmarsh: Gellan Primewater--though even that is simply a professional relationship.
Beliefs
The only discernable goal that Keledek seems to possess is expanding his arcane knowledge and power.
Endeavors
While deck wizards and some adventurers know a few spells, there are none in the immediate region that approach Keledek's suspected level of wizardry. Rumor has it that speaking Keledek's name aloud allows the wizard to eavesdrop on conversation for a short period of time, for it cannot be denied that he often knows things he should not and could not know.
And though he offers magical services well beyond the price range of an average Salt, few if any can say they've seen him practice any magic at all. When not in town, Keledek is often a few miles to the southwest, spending time amongst the ruins of the Tower of Zenopus, which he paid the Town Council a hefty sum to be given the rights to.
