Empty Net
Purportedly a haven for smugglers, mercenaries, killers, and even pirates, the Empty Net's owner, Kreb Shenker, is known for taking coin from anyone and never asking questions. Rough and tumble, the tavern keeps its own code of conduct.
Any and all "troublemakers" are thrown out over the railing and into the reeking harbor below. In light of the Empty Net's reputation, the Scale Watch comes here only if called.
It is an establishment well known for rowdy nights full of drinking and brawling, as well as being the place to meet certain types of individuals. If Kreb takes interest in you beyond your order then there's a good reason for it and someone you should go meet, once you've got your drink.
