Council of Niole Dra

Heads of the Founding Houses of the Kingdom of Keoland form a tight council that aids the King. While the Council mostly handles matters of state they are also responsible for choosing the King's successor.

Located in the Capital of Niole Dra they are also known as The Council of the Land.
