Lothaire Basile
Lothaire is a shorter human with pale skin and soft short black hair. He wears a black doublet with dark blue trim, dark brown trousers and boots, a gold necklace, and several rings. He succeeded a lord with a very short reign, and greatly improved Eaufonde's declining financial state, establishing his repuation as a businessman. Lothaire has a friendly and joking tone, but can be very harsh and isn't easily persuaded.
