An unknown group of terrorists launch an attack on Daybreak's Harbor, killing one-third of its population. Ljosalfheim blames the Dark Elves.

A group of masked terrorists bomb Daybreak's Harbor. Over one-third of the town is destroyed and its port is shut down. While the criminals in question were of multiple different races, many of the captured bombers were Dark Elves, leading Ljosalfheim to believe they as a whole were responsible for organizing the attack. The Light Elves begin preparing a stronger military force as a result.
