The Darklands

Geography

The Darklands are a large area encompassing most of northern Saeveroth. They include a mountain range, forests, a desert, and tundra. But the defining feature of the Darklands is the everlasting dusk that comes from the Shadow. The water there is not safe to drink, and the animals there are all Shadowspawn.

History

The Darklands are the ancestral homeland of the Arsaki race. They were taken over by The Nightwatcher 2,000 years ago. Since then, the Arsaki have been fighting to reclaim it.
