Arcane Line Desender

A magitech item built around utilizing the featherfall spell, this item allows the user to control their speed of decent down any cable or rope. Due to their being no interaction between the cable and the physical components of the tool itself it make no use during operation. 
Most designs feature a small Elerium power cell, a means of powering and depowering the featherfall field as well a means of control speed of decent by altering the angle of the projection blade.
