Aetherium

While discovered after Elerium it is theorized that Aetherium deposits formed at the same time and also as a direct result of the Splintering. While it does not have any innate magical properties of its own when suffused with an arcane field transmutation in nature it becomes many times lighter than air.

A dull soft black metal which can be work hardened into a more rigid structure.

Geology & Geography

Aetherium has only been found on the floating islands that have come to be home the home to the sky cities of Aros, Horizon, Avirun and Volmire.
