Church of the Silver Moon
The Church of the Silver Moon is a religious organization located primarily in Reshnia. They worship Fenrir, and believe Lycanthropy is her blessing upon them.
Public Agenda
The Church's primary goal is to cull those who they consider weak and pass on their self-claimed blessing to all those who they consider worthy. This includes the sick, injured, and crippled, along with anyone who opposes their views.
Assets
The exact assets in possession of the Church is unknown, though the Reshnian Thieves' Guild have estimated that they are quite wealthy, likely due to assumed connections to people in power outside of their own cult. They have been known to have a large supply of silver, mostly in the form of holy symbols and weapons.
Divine Origins
The Church originated as a small group of Fenrir worshipers that believed strength was her most valuable and honorable aspect. At first, this did not separate them from the other followers of Fenrir, though over time this belief became more and more intense. They eventually split completely from the other followers when one of the head clerics of Fenrir exposed the Church and a number of its leaders as murderers, having killed several weaker followers of their goddess.
Tenets of Faith
The Church has very few tenets. They are restricted to following Fenrir and Fenrir only, and they are required to cull the weak whenever they have the opportunity. They are also required to respect those who are stronger than them, though this does not extend to times when they believe they can become stronger than their superiors by defeating them.
Granted Divine Powers
The Church believes their Lycanthropy to be a divine power, though it is unknown whether it was directly given to them by Fenrir or if it was accidental exposure.
