Spider (Pauk)

Spiders are sacred animals to the Drow, who revere them for their dual nature representing both destruction, vampirism, and demons, but also creativity, resilience, and beauty. The Drow often keep spiders as pets, and Drow Nobles even wear the corpse of a woolen ettercap on their back to keep out the cold. Spider's Silk Rope is also woven by the Drow out of strands of webbing from monstrous spiders. Some Drow Nobles are said to have the ability to transform into spiders or control them using their magical powers.
