Birch is harvested across Ruslavia, for its magical and nutritional properties. Birch trees aid rest, recovery and healing.
Birchwood Bark Tea: The bark of the Birch tree contains some of the restful properties of the Birchwood Armour. Eaten raw it reduces the amount of sleep the consumer needs by 2 hours, but will sicken anyone who eats too much. It is far safer and more effective to drink the bark in tea form; as a tea it doesn't cause nausea and it reduces the amount of sleep the drinker needs by 4 hours rather than 2.
