Mielikki is worshipped as a deity of the natural world and the protection of it. The Cult believe that the natural state of the world is divine and must be protected. This leads the Cult to hold that they must do all they can do to protect forests from deforestation, rivers from pollution, and glades from development. The Cult is regularly in conflict with groups that oppose nature, with these conflicts devolving into violence as often as they are resolved peacefully.
The cult also has a reputatation for petitioning rulers and authorities to protect forests from deforestation, rivers from pollution, and glades from development, and warn them about the consequences of not doing so, such as global warming and the loss of biodiversity. They are also known to aid in search and rescue operation for lost children or travelers in the woods, it is believed that those who seek Mielikki's protection will be found safe and sound.

The Cult to the Forest Queen is made up of druids, woodsfolk, and those who seek to live in harmony with nature. The symbol of the cult is a unicorn's head, and its members wear it on their garments as a sign of their faith.

The Cult has no true temples, as the act of constructing them would be antithetical to their belief system. Instead the Cult worships in glades and deep groves where the true majesty of nature can be embraced.

The Horns of the Forest is a faction of individuals who are deeply committed to the protection of the forests and wilderness areas of Runetalras. They are followers of the deity Mielikki.
The Horns believe that the forests must be protected from any form of encroachment, whether it be from loggers, miners, or developers. They view any destruction of the forest as a desecration of the natural world, and will do whatever it takes to stop it.
The Horns of the Forest are known to have agents throughout Runetalras, who are tasked with identifying and reporting any threats to the forests. They have been known to sabotage logging operations, disrupt mining activity, and physically block the construction of roads and other infrastructure projects that they believe will harm the forest. They are also known to provide aid and sanctuary to those who are trying to escape from the areas that are being destroyed by the same.
The Horns of the Forest are a formidable and passionate group. They are respected and revered by those who care about the natural world and are viewed as heroes by many, but their methods and extreme tactics are often met with criticism and hostility by those whose interests are at odds with their own.
