If the Prereq for a Kingdom Role is met, a PC or NPC in that Role will provide a +2 Bonus to the Benefits listed for that Role.
The Bonus provided by the KLR will also increase by any or all of the following.
+1 per 3 full ranks in Profession (That Kingdom Role)
+1 for Skill Focus (That Kingdom Role) increases to +2 if 10 ranks in associated Profession Skill.
