High Priestess Rahnmeia Kulaad
Rahnmeia was born in Windpeak, Dolcima, Leras 1st 1509. Her mother having died during childbirth, she was raised by her father Rikke Kulaad. Rikke was a sergeant of a small group of about forty soldiers based in Ol'Holos. At a young age, Rikke fitted his daughter with a proper mace and taught her basic self defense, having planned to take her into the military under his wing. Unfortunately, their lives were disrupted when Rikke was deployed to fight in the Witch War of 1525 and was killed in battle. Rahnmeia was eleven years old when she lost her father, and being two years too young for marriage, she was sent to live in the church as an Oracle. Being the only oracle at the time who was not raised in the church from birth, Rahnmeia disrupted the traditional lifestyle of the cloister, bringing fear and new ideas. Though there were moments of high tension and mistrust due to her outspoken nature, she dedicated her life to learning the way of the light, preventing evil and protecting her homeland from witches and other threats, spiritual or physical - she was coronated in 1529, before her twentieth birthday, to Priestess for her outstanding performances by Archbishop Gwyndolynn Carras at the age of nineteen. Over many years, Rahnmeia continued to prove her loyalty to the gods and impress leaders and elders around the world with her powerful speeches and movements, unafraid to voice against the highest authorities - including the Emperors she served. She was given multiple paladins for her protection and as another show of her independence, she only chose one.
Later, in 1531 a horrible, cursed beast escaped Kolgaric lands, spreading pestilence and darkness. The spread lasted until 1539 and effected most of the wildlife and farm animals along Vulsria's eastern borders causing farmers to fail and villages to starve. During those years, Rahnmeia took personal responsibility for her people and ridding her country of the darkness forcing her Paladin to join her in many battles against affected wildlife and rogue witches. During the eight year siege, Rahnmeia was able to find the source of the curse and purify it; ending the scourge and saving millions more lives. Because of this heroic and unexpected action from their Priestess, Rahnmeia was given the honor of the First High Priestess, changing the ranks of the church forever.
During her years as a young woman, Rahnmeia and her Paladin traveled all over the country, patrolling for evil and making sure her people were taken care of. In 1548 Rahnmeia began to record having strange dreams and hearing voices calling to her from the peaks of the Atholas mountains. After trying to decipher the voices, in 1549 she and her Paladin attempted to make Pilgrimage to the top. After months, she returned alone and hasn't spoke of the voices or the incident since. She is still currently the High Priestess of Vulsria.

Personal history
Rahnmeia spent her early childhood with her father Rikke who was in the military. He taught her how to be strong, independent and brave. Those traits helped her to become one of the most famous priestesses in history. It also helped earn more rights for young people in the cloth and helped to uplift women's voices.
Education
Rahnmeia went to primary school for girls in Ol'Holos while living with her father. After he passed away, her schooling ended and she learned strictly from the church. After the age of 50, she accepted her first math tutor.
Employment
As a child Rahnmeia was a polisher, tasked with keeping the soldiers' boots and armor clean. After she left the barracks, she became an Oracle, learning to cook, read and write.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Rahnmeia was the first High Priestess in Vulsria's history. She also helped give Oracles and Acolytes more rights and protection within the church, giving them the option to choose their own career paths within the church. (eg. Acolytes will no longer be assigned jobs, they can decide whether or not to be a bishop or a reverend if they like. Same for the girls, Oracles are no longer forced to be mothers or wives, but can strive to be teachers or librarians as well...)
Failures & Embarrassments
Rahnmeia has had plenty of embarassing moments while in power. From arguing wrong points with Emperors, or tripping over her robes. She admits to one failure, but does not describe it. Lot assume it has to do with her 'missing' Paladin. When she returned from her pilgrimage to the peak of Mount. Phonos without her Paladin, there was much suspicion from the radical scholars. She even received a few death threats, demanding she answer for her crimes and accusing her of murder. The conspiracy was quickly squashed when, with the help of Lord Palme Noss, the newly coronated Emperor Lermesian sent troops to Raxis to 'speak' with the dean of the college of scholars.
