Venot

Venot may hold little military power, but what it lacks in military strength it makes up for in political and social power. Venot is the epicenter for the Arcane and the location of the Council of Arcane, the most powerful Arcane users in the region.
It is said that the city state appeared on the 1st of Geri, 1E 1000 by the powers of an unknown magical force, and it has been debated for nearly as long.
Venot is the only land mass in the Venti Gulf.
