Prasuna

The capital of this kingdom is home to the Vatican for the Prasun religion. The founder of the kingdom was a high level cleric devoted to Prasun, and built themselves a great cathedral upon retiring from adventuring. As their faith grew, so did the city. The faithful of Prasun flocked to this new religious city, expanding the blossoming kingdom. Now, it is a refuge for the faithful and a haven of goodness. They tolerate other goodly gods worship, but they make no secret of their preference toward Prasun and her servants. 
Prasun is the official diety of the state, and the church makes most of the political decisions. The current ruler is  Ashley Brightpaw, a lupine high priestess of Prasun. She is both a political and spiritual leader for her people, and will serve her post until she dies and goes to be with her goddess. She has a council of advisors, including the high priests of the other dieties in the Prasun religion. As leader of the goddess's sect though, she is the final authority.
This full integration of divine magic has given the city the nickname "The City of Miracles", due to all the loose divine magic going around. Many citizens can cast cantrips, and healing is a common thing. Disease is almost unheard of, and many come to this city for the cheap healing. The government is also made of high level clerics and paladins, who can call upon great power from their pantheon.

Relations

Prasun is a god of good and life. As such, any who stand against the forces of evil will find a welcome place in their city. They like Shinehorn, and heartily support their goal of purity. Apart from those good of heart, they have no strong alliances. Felicia Gloryheart has made friends with a few priests, and thus has given them a small link to Illudore. Not enough for any diplomatic ties, but Felicia might be persuaded to help if you make friends with her friends.
