Rosskov
Demographics
Rosskov is a large city near to the Ovolysh-Urzhan border. The wealth divine in the city is starkly prominent, and many of the wealthy inhabitants are walled into one section of the city. Jobs are hard to come-by within the city, and often work on a temporary only basis.
Government
Rosskov follows the law and governmental structure of Ovolyn. The local council in charge of running city affairs are all members of the wealthier sect of the city, and elections are rare and require high standards of voter proof, meaning that many of the poorer citizens are barred from voting in elections.
Law enforcement is high in Rosskov. Due to the high levels of poverty, crime is rampant in Rosskov, and therefore harsh laws and punishments have been introduced in an effort to clamp down on crime, which they view is the largest issue within the city.
History
Recently, Rosskov has been undergoing a new wave of crime. Children have gone missing, mostly from the poorest families in the community, and many have yet to be recovered. As this problem has yet to start affecting the wealthy class of Rosskov, little is being done to solve the issue, and the city is plunging into deeper and deeper distress.
Climate
Due to its location, Rosskov is often very cold, and has harsh, long winters full of snow storms and heavy rainfall. Even in summer Rosskov never reaches a high temperature, and its winters go far below freezing.
