Brother Milos (a.k.a. The Master, Devlin)

Milos is a middle aged man who has spent many years working with the Freeport's Clergy of Odis as a priest, librarian, and an assistant to the high priest Thuron.
Milos was secretly a Snake Person all along. As well as a member of the Brotherhood of the Yellow Sign. He was killed by a group of adventurers in Freeport on the 9th of Aestillis, 788 NE.
Later it is uncovered that Milo's went by the name of Devlin and acted as a failing merchant. He rented a room at the Marquis Moon. Here he kept a large selection of books dealing with architecture, masonry, and materials.
