Brotherhood of the Yellow Sign

Both a secret society and a religious organization, the Brotherhood of The Yellow Sign has apparently existed since time immemorial. They worship an alien entity known as The Unspeakable One. The symbol known as The Yellow Sign is linked with the Unspeakable One and prolonged viewing of it causes unease. 
Worship of The Unspeakable One led to the collapse of the pre-human Vallosan Empire and the sinking of Vallosa.
