Plane of Elemental Water
This inner plane is in more ways than one the opposite of the Plane of Elemental Earth. Whereas the Plane of Earth was extremely difficult for life to survive in (though not impossible), the Plane of Water was overflowing with aquatic creatures. The life that filled the endless sea was large and small, native to the plane and brought from many other worlds alike.
Contrasting the Plane of Earth's closeness to the Border Ethereal, the Plane of Water was closest to the Prime Material. In some ocean waters, only the gargantuan whales of the deep have the scale to perceive the border between the planes. These portals do pass through the green vaporous curtains of color on the border etheral, but the passage is swift and barely noticeable with the massive amounts of water (and ethereal water) that fills the portals.
