Suitengu's Rest

Suitengu's Rest is one of the less disreputable establishments in the region, and is located on the southern docks where many gaijin dealings are made. The inn is run by a stooped bald-headed old man named Zurui, who shuffles slowly, dleivering cheap drinks and food.
About half the guests here are samurai -- mostly Tortoise and Mantis sailors. 
Suitengu is the fortune of the sea.
