A ronin living in Slow Tide Harbour who previously worked at The Waiting Cat Gambling House.  He wears gaudy clothing, and an eyepatch he doesn't need.  While watching his friend Otomo Hiroshige get kidnapped, he was the victim of a Maho curse, which his opium addled mind couldn't shake.
