The Torments
The Torments are three god like entities that emmerged in Gai thousands of years before 0AL.
Their power was unmatched and they caused destruction, famine and chaos across Roken.
Ku-Rath- A great sea serpent.
Pyroruck - A huge winged fire beast.
El-Gorath - A shadow entity that consumes everything in its wake.
According to myth and the branches of tales lost through time The Torments were destroyed and imprisoned by a collective of Elves, Dwarf, Human, Gods and ancient creatures. This time was called 'The Dawning'.
There has been several cults across Roken that pray to these lost deities but mostly are left to the fringes of society or crushed before they could even take route. Whilst no sightings of the Torments have been reported and their chaos only seen by scarring on landscapes it is rumoured that they could not be killed but instead contained.
