SW Session 49: I Don't Care for Logs.
General Summary
After a few days travel with Captain Sallow across the Sludge River The Crew had to disembark.
They had to follow a long path towards the Thousand Spires. Whilst on this path they encounted a number of creatures who were all headed to the spires. A lot of the creatures couldnt enter their space thanks for their new Moonbeam lantern however one creaure that didnt mind was The Bodak. With its long face and stretch fingers with one gaze it knocked Leone Laponis unconsious. Fearful the rest of the party began attacking but it wasnt until Ravak banished it that they were able to run.
They also found one of Wurm's hand on the trail, Ted Burnstien picked it up and a fireball exploded them all. Battered and half beaten already the team rested under the light of the lantern. During that rest more strange creatures past them. The first was a wraith that placed a flag into the ground and the second was a large frog creature.
Upon discovery that morning the flag was found to be flayed skin from Wurm.
They arrived at the Thousand Spires and placed neatly in front of them was the flower they sought, unmarked and unharmed. There was also a letter which annoyed Ted so much that he burnt it. Ravak used his skeleton servents to recon and they helped the team discover that the bridge was dangerous. Using fly they got across with ease and entered the spires.
They battled wraiths in the first room and dispached them with ease, ish.
