Character Creation

All player characters should be made on D&D Beyond, this is required so that character sheets can be linked into Foundry Virtual Tabletop. We will start at level one, use standard array and milestone exp. As well, all players may take one additional tool proficiency OR one additional feat at level one.
Although this campaign will borrow many things from other editions as well as homebrew content, the core gameplay mechanics will revolve around the 5th edition D&D ruleset. With the 2024 update to the PHB, several things about 5th edition classes have changed - either versions of these rules are fine to use, so long as players tend to stick to one or the other.
