Black Sail Harbour
Black Sail Harbour is a small, almost quaint, fishing village in the south west corner of Manabas. Unlike most of the other villages in this region this one is human dominated. Strangers are disliked here and getting the locals to talk will be difficult. Money talks however so some simple bribes will open doors. One thing which strikes the first time visitor to this small village is the size of the "shipyard" here which seems far too big and far too busy for a small fishing village of this size.
