Son
Ron Dequois' son, who is the "head honcho" at Crescent Fields and oversees the other farms along the river. Ron always just called him "son", so the other farmers used it as his nickname since they heard it so often. He's respected by the other farmers but is still somewhat young, so sometimes his executive decision making is called into question by those who feel like they have more experience or are more qualified. He usually doesn't feel the need to flex his power, but it gets on his nerve when his competency is doubted and will feel like he needs to prove he knows what he's doing. He also attempts to keep a positive attitude to motivate the other farmers, even though it's easy to tell that it's forced.
People always comment that he's got his daddy's blue eyes. Can't say the same for his hair, though - he cut it all off, but covers it with a dusty baseball cap on sunnier days, as few and far between as they are. If you look close enough (we're talking using a magnifying glass here) he also has some stubble he claims to be the beginning of a wondrous beard.
