Before the apocalypse made a big impact on the district, Rail was a boy who planned to study mythology at the college in his future. About the fact of Irene’s Decoy, he didn’t believe in the ghost until he saw a ghost called to be Irene on his own eyes. He was almost got possessed by Irene, but fortunately, he had the cross necklace and spoke a strange language that kicked her out of his body. During the apocalypse, he was the only person who got survived from getting possessed by Irene, but that didn’t mean he was to be complete trust person by people. His only mission was finding out why did Irene exist as the spirt in the district although he might be a threat to the society. One thing bothered him was his feeling of connection with Irene.

Personal history
Rail (Rowan Vic) had been was born into the engineering and genius mathematics family in the district. Their best work in engineering had been Seabreeze Amusement Park. Of course, Rail had been a very smartest who did well with his academic that his family would proud of him, but at the same time, he had been the black sheep in the family. He had never taken interest in continuing the engineering family in the first place, but he had afraid of disappointing him. The only person who understood him well was his own cousin, Train who had to be a black sheep in his own family too. Train wasn’t afraid of speaking out for himself to a family that had been caused tension between. Train had didn’t get disown but got cold shoulder treatment by a family. They had been giving with each other their nicknames for their loving trains. Their first project of engineering had been making the train together. The truth had that Rail never hate engineering at all but he never had the passion for it in his heart. The library had been Rail’s favorite place to visit and had always made the excuse for studying to his parents. He had to happen to pick the book about mythology, once read it and then fell in love with it. He had aware himself who interested in mythology was very strange and hard to believe. Mythology had been a pretty rare topic in the discussion that people thought it was ridiculous to believe in it. However, Rail had found out how’s interesting about how the legend created the story and research about the mysterious of strange creatures. He had to apply to college without his family’s awareness. One day, Rail and his family had to celebrate on Rail’s graduation at their dinner, his father had to pressure on him to give his answer about his future and he must follow his family. Rail finally had got fed up with the highest expectation from his parents and finally revealed he applied on college for his study on mythology. As a result, he had to got disowned by his own family. Rail and Train had to decide to take a road trip together in the summer and then they left Rochester.
During his trip, he hadn't aware of apocalyptic impacted on Rochester. When he had returned, he had been so shocked to see how the town turned into apocalyptic and his life had to began to change now. He had looked for his family in the district, but couldn’t find them that lead him to believe in them possible died. Rail and Train had to agree with each other they should go in their separate way. He was currently living in C-Breeze where he first met Irene and he acted the guard and storytelling for children at the holding. Encountering with Irene, he decided to set up on his mission about Irene from his study of mythology.
