Iza
Samuel King (a.k.a. Izanagi(Iza for short))
He is the blade, red steel shining in the moonlight. His eyes always scanning, taking in all possibilities at once. When the shit hits the fan, when the blood starts flowing and screams fill the air, Iza is there. He finds no joy in the death his skills deliver to the unfortunate souls that fall into his path. But he must follow his way, to eliminate all those that wish pain and torment upon the innocent.
His name is Iza, and he is justice.
Well, he would like to hope he is.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Overall scarred body. His mask hides many scars and cuts and his disfigured face.
Body Features
White, very fit but not overly muscle bound.
Facial Features
It is hard to make out his entire face as he is always wearing a mask and headband. His face has many scars though, a strong one running from his brow to cheek, over his left eye.
Identifying Characteristics
He has tattoos on his shoulders, chest, arms, and back done in the Japanese style. Dragons, koi fish, clouds, all the generic stuff.
Physical quirks
His right hand has a segment of the third finger missing.
When he runs he puts both his arms backed when not armed.
Special abilities
His mask sometimes gives him advice and wisdom that quite often takes him down the correct path or course of actions. Sometimes though, it puts him in risky situations.
Iza is also able to handle pain and injury incredibly well while in battle. Shrugging off even the most extreme injuries. Afterwards though he needs to rest more than most.
Apparel & Accessories
He wears an assortment of anime themed clothing(headband, bracelet, T-shirt). Then overneath his normal clothes he wears make-shift lamellar armor that he crafted.
Specialized Equipment
Iza is an extremely skilled swordsman, learning techniques from the greatest that ever lived(Miyamoto).
He can use guns and other weapons, but he will always try and use his blade.

Personal history
Born Samuel King, he grew up watching anime and playing video games that his parents found for him throughout the world. Bullied terribly in the settlement he grew up in, Samuel would escape to this other worlds. In the real world he had no power or strengths, nothing to defend himself with. In the real world he was ugly and scared, always afraid to look anyone in their eyes. He was a complete disappointment to his heroes. The only person who ever helped Samuel was his elder brother, John. He cared for Samuel for years, protecting him from bullies. One day John had to leave, to go run caravan trips and try and make money for the family, but he promised he would return to him so that the two of them can work together to make the world better. Samuel hasn't seen him since. His big brother, a guardian for Samuel, gone when he still had so much growing to do. For the time after, he was alone. And the bullies became unrelenting. He sunk deep into depression and self hatred.
Then he found him. Not his brother, but someone who would stay for good.
Lying in the remnants of an old Japanese restaurant, smoldering from a recent strike of lightning from the maelstrom, his face laid there. A samurai mask, black finish with golden fanged teeth, the jaw of an Oni. Samuel grabbed it, the mask was the coldest thing he had ever touched, yet he didn't drop it. It started to call to him, the wind picked up and the light of the day washed away for a moment, up until he put it on.
Then he spoke "私の名前は宮本です"
Samuel's broken Japanese he learned throughout the years from his shows attempted to translate.
"じゃあ、英語を話しますか"
Samuel stuttered, this voice streamed through his brain, a river cutting through.
"My name...is Miyamoto. And you, you shall be my student."
Samuel found the power he needed, the power needed to grow.
So he made a deal with Miyamoto: That he wouldn't be bullied anymore, that he would train himself like his heroes in the shows he watched and get justice for what he endured. But he would be Miyamoto's servant.
Miyamoto directed him to an old antique shop where they found Samuel's blade: A katana.
So he trained. He, as one would say, studied the blade. He practiced everyday, worked out constantly, and practiced techniques from old martial arts books and his animes to refine his strength, but most importantly from Miyamoto. An ancient being who's sword fighting techniques were greater than anyone else's.
He became a killer. As he grew older he went out on personal missions to deal with "Bullies", killing those he deemed evil. His body became scarred and disfigured after so many fights. Then he came upon the village of Aneemee. A village of like-minded people, wishing to rid the world of evil. Samuel stayed here, finding sanctuary with the other sad souls. For the most part he kept to himself, he really only needed Miyamoto to talk to. He became one of the top Sheenoobbii there, completing missions quite often. When the First Kaaheyy died, Samuel decided to leave, to look for the one person he still wanted to save: His brother.
While looking for his brother he found himself in Pitts South, and is stuck under the employ of Darwin as a Handler. He must complete a mission to gain his independence once more.
Samuel wishes to be a hero like those he grew up watching, to save the world with his blade, to eliminate the bullies that ruined his early life. But in the end, his passion for bloodshed, the voice directing him, and his own ego and pushed him to the extremes. In the end, he has become the bully.
Education
Most of his education is based on anime movies, manga, video games, etc. Miyamoto has taught him a great deal of Japanese language and history though.
Employment
He is a Handler for Darwin.
Accomplishments & Achievements
He has in total 127 total bullies who have received justice from his blade directly.
From his time in Aneemee he had completed more missions than other other Sheenoobii.
Failures & Embarrassments
He caused the death of The First Kaaheyy of Aneemee. During a battle with Wedgeward goons, Iza messed up and caused him to get killed. He blames himself daily and needed to leave the village to repent.
Mental Trauma
Bullied throughout his life, Iza is incredibly socially awkward and doesn't know to react to most situations. He spent time training his weapon skills instead of talking to anyone else. His mask makes him more confident of course, but not enough to always adequately talk to most people. Especially women.
Intellectual Characteristics
Overall above average intelligence. Not a genius but can read situations well for combat and strategy.
Morality & Philosophy
Everything he does is to further his ultimate goal: A world without bullies and evil people. He wants to become the most powerful man so he can protect everyone he cares about. Unfortunately he goes to the extremes and is often searching for bullies to purge even if there really aren't any around.
Iza would like to believe he's lawful good, when in reality he often dips into evil himself.
