Igor

Igor is a character that lives within The Char district. As such, he is an amphibious human, having no hair and gray skin, and containing gills along his ribs. Unlike Filch, Igor is very muscular, being one of the strongest people within The Char. However, he is also incredibly dimwitted, most likely due to the fact that he was dropped on his head as a child. That, or he got whacked real good. Who knows; either way this guy is a fucking moron.
He currently possesses "Shark Tooth", a special club made by Flinch that he uses to whack people.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Igor is an incredibly buff dude. He could probably snap you into two pieces, and it wouldn't even be intentional. Like other amphibious humans, he has yellow eyes, is hairless, and has gray skin. He is quite tall compared to others of his race.

Personal history

Igor was never the brightest tool in the shed. Rather, he was used mostly for his strength and almost nothing else. His only friend is Flinch, who is also the only person who has helped Igor in times of need. Igor used to spend his time swimming around, but after his friendship with Flinch, spends more time hanging around the lighthouse, acting as a pseudo "right-hand" man for the Tower Seer.

Mental Trauma

Igor is very much mentally disabled. He incurred head trauma at a young age, and as such stopped developing at around 3 years old.
