Underground Explosives

Not many explosives were left available in the north-east during the out break. Luckily, the people at Bayside have managed to scavenge a plentiful amount. Most of these explosives live underground of town, awaiting use. Grenades, pipe bombs and even a few rockets lie here.
Those running the military refuse to use the weapons unless at all necessary. Because of this, no one is even sure what explosives still work. All of grenades could be duds, but who cares to find that out? People are trained how to use them, but no one has actually ever used any of them because of their rarity. There are tales of how much damage the rockets will cause, and people are pretty eager to find out.
The latter to get down to access the explosives is always being guarded by at least one guard. It lays within one of the governmental buildings in the area, and only high military presence is ever allowed down there.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Most of the supplies have been made after the outbreak, but some of them, like the grenades and rockets, were left behind after the outbreak. They work as any good explosive item does, gun powder and a spark.

Significance

Because of the culture of those who reside at Bayside, explosives fit right in. People here take pride knowing they have enough firepower to cause some riots.
