General Summary

The group caught the boat back to the city. They went to visit Rinirith to tell her about their investigations. They gave her the stinky stick and she had it sent down tot he alchemist lab for testing. They also told her about the village attacks and the man witht the festering wound. They then showed her the coin they had found. She said it looked like it the image of an old Pirate lord. She gave them a book on historical figures with a section on him in it. The Pirate lord was called Syrgaul Silvereye, and his ship was called the Tameraut. The party put the coin in a lead lined box.
Tiara decides she wants to do her chef appearance before they meet up witht the boat the elves are sending. She makes a decent showing and everyone enjoys their food, but she is a little dissapointed in her performance, knowing she could have done better. Some of the guests thank her for the meal and the proprietor says he waould be willing to have her back in the future.
The morning of the arrival dawns, and the party make their way down to the docks. A catamaran turns up crewed by six sea elevs. The elves are quite cold towards the party and even more so towards Piper. The ship gets underway, with the elves mostly ignoring the party, though they do ensure they have everything they need.
A few days out and a nasty storm blows in. The party lash themselves to the deck just in case. The storm rages for several hours. Mara is sure she can feel something coming from behind the storm too. They finally break free from the storm, but the lookout motices something coming their way in the water. A huge object rushes towards them, the party begin to prepare as a massive head raises from the water....dun dun dun.
