The Laws of Rindemair
The fundamental magic is the cosmic melodies, an attunement to the resonances of creation.
Gods can perform this intuitevely, and they act as a conduit for those who learn to attune their souls to the deity, allowing the god to form connection. This leads to divine spellcasting, where a god attunes themself to the tone needed to create the effect the priest desires, and then the priest manifests this fragment of divine power via the gateway within their soul opened by faith.
Some have learned to attune themselves to the cosmic melodies personally, granting direct influence over the quintsentia that forms all things and the melodies which direct it. This is perceived as a spontaneous, silent event to outside observers, and has been dubbed psionics due to the root being the soul and the mind.
Some have realized that the melodies that exist around them can be directly influenced, having the world itself form the required melodies needed to influence itself. To do so via living things is druidic spellcasting, and to do so via fundamental forces and planar properties is arcane spellcasting.

Cosmology
A major entity of the primordial chaos, commonly known as the far realms, in an act of absolute chaos to radically alter its surroundings, created order. It did this through the creation of the first order, the cosmic melodies, which gave influence and shape to the stuff of raw chaos processed by its innate power, known later as quinsentia. By resonating its existence to certain frequencies, quensentia responded, and the universe took shape. This led to the creation of the world and all the ensuing dieties. These first sentients, coming to understand what their god was, butchered it and took its power out of fear it would undo what it had made.
Principal Geography & Features
The geography is primarily defined by localized planar breaches.
The lands to the east are eclipsed by negative energy and the ethereal plane, becoming a haven of undead.
The fae wilds are spikes of astral sea and positive energy embedded in the realm, with massive forests feeding on this energy and the very hearts of them all sharing the same metastable space.
The golden wastes are the ancient blasted remnants of a once great empire.
The jade coast is full of Yuan-ti and the jade isles they come from are eclipsed by the far realms.
